Our Story

From Silence to Confidence and Beyond

Ubuntu Education was founded by Sow Mahmoud a public speaker, media and communication professional, and passionate youth advocate who knows first-hand what it means to go from extreme shyness to confident self-expression.

Through public speaking, continuous learning, and personal development, Sow transformed himself into a speaker who has competed on national and international stages, earning 2nd Place at the 2025 Malaysian National Public Speaking Championship and 3rd Place at the District 51 Division N Area N3 International Speech Contest 2024–2025.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Communication from Albukhary International University, Malaysia. Today, through Ubuntu Education, he leads a platform designed to help every young Guinean find their voice, build confidence, and communicate effectively in English and in life.
